David Lafarga

David Lafarga practices out of the New York City office of RPGRK where he concentrates his practice on General Liability, premises and premises security liability, Labor Law, products liability, property damage, and catastrophic construction accident claims. David also has substantial experience defending municipal clients in a variety of tort claims. David has a wealth of experience in all phases of defense litigation from inception through and including trials and appeals.

David is a 1996 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law and a 1991 graduate of Seton Hall University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree.
