Jordana S. Sirotkin

Jordana S. Sirotkin is a Senior Associate and joined the Firm in 2020 after years at another well-respected insurance defense firm where she was responsible for case handling and management from inception through trial defending healthcare professionals in complex, catastrophic medical malpractice actions. Jordana’s experience includes successfully drafting and arguing summary judgment motions, trial memoranda on complex issues critical to trial strategy and defense, conducting trial preparation including witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, preparing expert witnesses throughout the course of litigation, as well as taking and defending depositions and attending all variety of court conferences.

Jordana is a 2010 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. In 2007 she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University. She is admitted to the bar of the courts of the State of New York.
