Julian Buffa joined Rubin Paterniti Gonzalez Rizzo Kaufman LLP in 2020 as an Associate in the firm’s Long Island office where he specializes in the defense of physicians, hospitals and other medical practice groups in medical malpractice actions, as well as General Liability, defending property owners, contractors, subcontractors and other entities, in defense of Labor Law actions. Prior to joining Rubin Paterniti Gonzalez Rizzo Kaufman LLP, Julian was associated with another defense firm in New York. Julian handles all aspects of litigation from inception, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, dispositive motion practice as well as trial preparation.
Julian is a 2013 graduate of the Hofstra University School of Law, where he was a Merit Scholar and served on the Moot Court Board. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010 from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York.
